Buggy Running into the New Year
Getting fit in the New Year is a common goal for many people as they set resolutions to improve their health and well-being. Buggy running is a popular way you can improve your fitness with your little one(s) in tow.
It is essential to prioritize safety when engaging in buggy running. Here are some tips to ensure safety when running with a pushchair:
- Choose the Right buggy: Opt for a buggy specifically designed for jogging such as the Nipper Sport.
