How to Apply
1. Fill in the Form Above
Select the bike and any accessories you'd like included.
2. Receive Your Invoice
We'll email your invoice within 24 hours (Monday–Friday). Weekend requests may take a little longer.
3. Apply Through GCI
Use your invoice to complete the Cycle to Work application on the Green Commute Initiative (GCI) website.
4. Receive Your Voucher
Once your application is approved, GCI will issue you a redemption voucher.
5. Send Us Your Details
Email info@outnabout.com with:
- Subject: "C2W + invoice number"
- Invoice
- GCI voucher (code & value)
- Delivery address
- Phone number
6. We’ll Process Your Order
Once we’ve received your voucher, we'll confirm your order within 72 hours and arrange shipment of your bike.
My employer already uses a provider, can I use a voucher from them?
We can only accept Green Commute Initiative (GCI) vouchers directly. However, if your employer allows it, you may still be able to use the GCI Instant Scheme on a one-off basis. More info at Green Cycle Commute
