Can I run or jog with the Nipper Sport V5?
Yes – the Nipper Sport V5 is built for running. Suitable for jogging from 6 months, and for more intensive running from 9 months, it meets the BS EN1888-3:2023 running standard for safety and performance.
Can I use a carry cot with the Nipper Sport V5?
It is not possible to use a carrycot or nipper pod with the Nipper Sport V5 because the angle of the seat when fully reclined is not completely flat.
Can I use a car seat with the Nipper Sport V5?
Our universal travel system adapter means most infant car seats will fit on the Nipper v5. Can you really use the Nipper Sport V5 on all terrains – even the beach or sand?
Yes – with its 16" large air-filled tyres and lightweight frame, the Nipper Sport V5 can handle sand, grass, gravel, and uneven paths with ease. On sand, it’s often easiest to pull the buggy backwards for a smoother ride.
Will the Nipper Sport V5 fit in my car?
The Nipper Sport V5 fits into most car boots. If you have a smaller car, removing the quick-release wheels can help create extra space.
Why does the box say ‘not suitable for running or skating’?
The ‘not suitable for running or skating’ notice was a standard safety disclaimer required for buggies sold as pushchairs. Since the packaging was printed, a new safety certification has been introduced – BS EN1888-3:2023 – which the Nipper Sport V5 now meets. This means it has been tested and approved for running, but the box hasn’t yet been updated to reflect this.
