Buying a buggy is a big decision, that's why we're offering a risk-free 60-day trial on all of our Nipper buggies.
If your Out 'N' About buggy isn't exactly what you were looking for, return it for a full refund.
What to do:
Simply email our to our customer service team to start your return process
Please add '60 Day Trial' in the subject line, in the email body include your order number, the name of the product you're returning, the reason for your return, your name, and any feedback.
Our customer service will respond within 48hrs.
60 day trial details:

Return items 60 days from date of delivery.

Return postage and packing costs will be the responsibility of the customer

Customers should obtain proof of postage or send items back by a courier/recorded delivery service when returning goods to us, as we cannot be held responsible for parcels lost during return to us.

60 day returns policy does not apply to our pre loved buggies, restored buggies or accessories.
- Only applies to Nipper buggies bought on our website on or after 23rd January 2025
- If buggy was bought as a bundle, all bundle items must be returned for a full refund.
- We cannot process 60 Day Trial returns unless this has been logged by our customer service team first.
