Returns Policy
We hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase from Out’n’About. However, should you change your mind, you can return your items within 30 days of receiving your order.
Items must be returned unused, in a resaleable condition and, where possible, in their original packaging. This returns policy is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights.
UK Returns
UK customers should request their return through our online returns portal. The portal will guide you through the returns process and provide the relevant instructions.
Please do not send items directly to our warehouse without first registering your return through the portal.
US and EU Returns
US and EU customers should return their items with a copy of the original delivery note, clearly indicating which items are being returned and the reason for the return.
Please also write your order number and name clearly on the outside of the parcel for reference.
We recommend returning high-value items using a courier or recorded delivery service. Please retain your proof of postage or tracking information, as we cannot be held responsible for returned items that are lost or do not reach us.

Please note the following:
- Returns must be requested or sent within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be returned unused and in a resaleable condition.
- Where possible, items should be returned in their original packaging.
- Return postage and packaging costs are the customer’s responsibility, except where an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.
- Any applicable return charges may be deducted from the refund due.
- Customers should retain proof of postage or courier tracking information until their refund has been completed.
- We cannot accept responsibility for returned parcels that are lost or do not reach us.
- Items purchased from the Clearance section of our website are not covered by a manufacturer’s warranty. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Refused Deliveries
Should you refuse delivery of your order, a charge may apply to cover the cost of returning the goods to us and any associated administration costs. This amount may be deducted from your refund.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please allow up to 14 days from the date we receive the returned goods for your refund to be processed. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
60 Day Trial on Selected Products
Buying a buggy is a big decision, which is why we offer a risk-free 60 day trial on selected products, including Nipper buggies, bikes, travel cots and backpack carriers purchased directly from the Out’n’About website.
If the product is not right for you, you may return it within 60 days of delivery for a full refund. Return postage costs apply.
The 60 day trial applies only to selected products and orders placed on our website, and certain exclusions and conditions apply.
