How it works

Simply fill out the form below to start your return. Once submitted, you'll receive an email within 48 hours with everything you need to send your item back.

Please note: returns must be logged via this form before sending anything back, we're unable to process returns that haven't been registered with us first.

60 day trial details:

• Return items 60 days from date of delivery.
• Return postage and packing costs will be the responsibility of the customer
• Customers should obtain proof of postage or send items back by a courier/recorded delivery service when returning goods to us, as we cannot be held responsible for parcels lost during return to us.
• 60 day returns policy does not apply to our pre loved buggies, restored buggies or accessories.
• If buggy was bought as a bundle, all bundle items must be returned for a full refund.

We offer our 60-day trial to give you confidence in your purchase. However, to prevent misuse, we reserve the right to monitor trial usage. If we determine that the service has been abused, such as excessive returns, intentional damage, or any other unfair use, we may refuse a refund.
