After having a V4 with my firstborn, I was VERY excited to treat myself to a V6 for my final baby!
Overall, as always, Out n’ About are by far the best prams and I’m very happy with my purchase.
I went for the bundle that included the larger foot muff and the new backpack bag!
Very easy to put together and pretty much self explanatory. I only needed assistance with the front rider from the husband!
Comparing prams from previous models, the 5 point harness is a game changer! So much easier. The bumper bar sits at a better angle and height, and the 360 swivel makes life so much easier.
It has a larger hood with an extra peak, that can be used in rain or shine, which is much more beneficial.
I got a free gift with my purchase too, who doesn’t love a freebie!
If you have a child reaching the expected weight for the front rider, if they are not sitting central at the front, it does cause the pram to drift to one side and you are constantly pushing against it. Not being able to the front wheel to swivel when in this mode, I probably wouldn’t manage a very long walk, but apart from that, it’s much easier. I’ve owned buggy boards before and they restrict your natural walk, so having the child on the front is a game changer.
It has all of the same, extra storage zips that we all love! The break is so much easier, especially for a parent who lives in flip flops. Push to break and push to release.
The new backpack. Looks so good with the pram. So many extra storage options inside, side compartments for bottles. It also includes a zip bag inside and bottle warmer, that can be detached. But because they’re able to be detached, they’re also easier to find, as you can pull them up from their attached point at the side of the bag. Probably only missing a zip, front pouch for the emergency items like your phone or the dummies! But it doesn’t look big, isn’t heavy, but fits SO MUCH more things in than other changing bags.
Overall, very happy customer. But as a mother who searches the internet for the best, most easiest and practical gear, a few honest reviews for other parents!
Yes the underneath storage is larger than other models, and it has a zip either side so you don’t have to pull items/bags from underneath with strain. However, there are two new bars in the underneath storage supporting the buggy, which is a slight barrier to pull things out from underneath, regardless of the new helpful zips.
As I have the larger footmuff, it does restrict the pram being laid into recline mode as easy and you may have to push it down my hand. It also restricts the pram being collapsed, and does require a bit more force.
The ‘one handed collapsing mode’, same again, a little bit more trickier with a footmuff, as you have to get your hand under all of the material to find the knob to collapse the pram, so it probably isn’t as easy as pervious models.
My only mistake! I signed up to ‘Nipper Rewards’ after my purchase, (not realising there was a rewards section), and unfortunately despite reaching out, they won’t compensate the rewards, which was a little frustrating as I would have LOVED to of purchased the new snack tray.

But let’s be honest, looking at the pictures, how stylish and modern is this new V6 looking! Oh, I preordered my bundle and I was also estimated the end of August delivery and I received it by the end of July! Bonus! Just in time for our holidays!!

Great pram for lots of reasons, but some niggly bits. It handles well over pretty much all terrain and great to be able to fix the front wheel and run with it. I have found that the baby bumps her head on the two side bars if she isn't sitting perfectly straight up, ok if you're going slowly on smooth ground, but not so nice if going over bumps! She's very wriggly and absolutely wont be strapped in tightly in place. Also the front wheel rubs on the bottom pouch if there is anything in there that causes it to bulge out the tiniest bit (i.e a coat) which is a bit annoying as it's a big storage pouch but you can't really use it. Otherwise it's great
