The Nipper Double V6 Plus combines the everyday practicality of a slimline double buggy with upgraded performance for active families. Suitable from newborn to ~4 years old and seating two children up to 22 kg each, it’s just 71 cm wide – so you can glide through standard doorways and narrow spaces without compromising comfort. The lightweight aluminium frame, swivel-lock front wheel, and built-in suspension make it easy to handle on pavements, parks, and rougher terrain.
Featuring 14” wheels and a handlebar-mounted brake for smoother running and greater control, the Nipper Double V6 Plus is the only swivel front wheel double buggy to pass the BS EN1888-3:2023 running test – officially certified for running*. Built to last with a durable design and access to spare parts, it’s ready for years of everyday and adventure use.
It’s also compatible with one or two carrycots, making it perfect for newborn twins or a newborn and toddler, and includes all the latest V6 upgrades: simplified fold, dual seat positions, larger basket, and wider handlebar.

What’s the difference between the Nipper Double V5 and the Nipper Double V6?
The Nipper Double V6 keeps everything families loved about the V5 but adds thoughtful upgrades shaped by real parent feedback – including an easier fold, new dual seat position, tougher handlebars, a bigger basket, and updated styling.
Can I jog or run with the Nipper Double V6 Plus?
Yes – the Nipper Double V6 meets the BS EN1888-3:2023 running standard, meaning it has been tested and approved for running. It’s suitable for jogging on even terrain from 6 months, and for more intensive running or rougher terrain from 9 months.
Can I use a carry cot with the Nipper Double V6 Plus?
Yes, the Nipper Double V6 Plus is compatible with Nipper Double carrycots for one or two children using the matching adaptors – use Adaptor 1 for a single carrycot, or Adaptor 2 for twin carrycots.
Can I use a Car Seat with the Nipper Double V6 Plus?

The Nipper Double V6 is a versatile everyday all-terrain buggy, ideal for walking on mixed surfaces. The Nipper Double V6 Plus is the same buggy but features larger 14” wheels, a handbrake, and is the first swivel-lock front wheel buggy certified for running under BS EN1888-2:2023.
Can you really use the Nipper Double V6 on all terrains – even the beach or sand?
Yes – with its large air-filled tyres and lightweight frame, the Nipper Double V6 can handle sand, grass, gravel, and uneven paths with ease.
Will the Nipper Double V6 Plus fit in my car?
The Nipper Double V6 Plus fits into most car boots. If you have a smaller car, removing the quick-release wheels can help create extra space.
Why does the box say ‘not suitable for running or skating’?
The ‘not suitable for running or skating’ notice was a standard safety disclaimer required for buggies sold as pushchairs. Since the packaging was printed, a new safety certification has been introduced – BS EN1888-3:2023 – which the Nipper Sport V5 now meets. This means it has been tested and approved for running, but the box hasn’t yet been updated to reflect this.
